Simulation is one of the specialities of Rücker EKS in Weingarten. Using their own INVISION software the company develops complete factories and manufacturing process concepts and simulates and safeguards process feasibility as well as project-relevant data and entire production plant in 3D including
- material flow simulation (logistics),
- availability and feasibility testing,
- process simulation (virtual),
- procedural simulation (virtual),
- stereo visualisation,
- robot simulation (Kuka, ABB, Kawasaki, Fanuc, Motoman),
- interface connection to PLC and robot systems and
- virtual plant commissioning.
