Rücker EKS GmbH in Weingarten is our group subsidiary specialising in production engineering. The core competence is the development, design and simulation of assembly- and BIW welding-systems for the automotive and aero-industry and their partners in manufacturing systems as well as the assembly and the start up. They design tools, stations and entire assembly cells for bodywork manufacture and simulate and optimise assembly using virtual tools. Our specialists' services include virtual commissioning of entire assembly lines (using the Invision application, an in-house development). This discerns potential problems and permits optimisation of processes and plant long before any actual plant is used. This in turn keeps the reject rate low and minimises production time and cost.
