Rücker is a "Top automotive employer“
The Wiesbaden group is awarded a prize for being an exemplary employer.

A very special prize is awarded Rücker AG. The internationally active CRF Institute has awarded us the title of "Top Automotive Employer 2011/12”. The prize-giving ceremony took place as an accompaniment to the Internal Automobile Exhibition in Frankfurt.
This is the sixth time in a row the CRF Institute has awarded this accolade. 24 companies in Germany were awarded it this year. That makes each and every one of them something special in the automobile industry in the innovation management, career, training and company culture fields among others. Each is considered a trendsetter, particularly as employer.
Wolfgang Rücker said that “This certification is the equivalent of an approval kitemark and an award that promotes our image as a company. We can exploit it in our recruiting efforts and in ensuring we have a profile as an outstanding employer and to make our position on the market even better”.

Rücker AG – the publicly quoted engineering contractor - In brief
Rücker AG of Wiesbaden, Germany, was founded in 1970 by its current chairman and majority shareholder Wolfgang Rücker. It has been publicly quoted since 2000 and is now a market leading engineering goods and services contractor. Clients include international automobile, aviation, railway engineering, shipbuilding, environmental and mechanical engineering companies.
Our automobile division renders virtual development goods and services to many major makers in the bodywork, interior design and electrical system fields. The group’s aviation division offers goods and services ranging from styling aircraft interiors via designing and modelling models and prototypes to calculating and constructing wing and fuselage structures.
Rücker AG has 35 locations in 18 countries and currently employs about 2.300 people, nearly all engineers.
Turnover in the 2010 financial year grew by 15.7 percent to 151.9 million € (2009: 131.3 million Euros). EBIT 2010 was over double that for 2009 and increased thanks to a higher volume of business from 3.7 million Euros to 8.1 million Euros. 2010 profits totalled 4.8 million €, over triple that for the year before (1.5 million Euros).
