Rücker AG enters the field of plant construction
Düsseldorf is the location – new jobs for approximately 100 engineers – 10 million Euro turnover planned – additional locations in Mannheim and Amsterdam

Yet another famous Company to locate to the Dusseldorf industrial location and create new jobs there. Stock-market-listed Wiesbaden-based Rücker AG, one of the leading international engineering companies specialising in virtual technological developments and designs, will be extending its commercial activities and also operating in the field of plant construction engineering. Central location for the new business operations will be Düsseldorf. Due to the favourable industrial environment for onward development of plant engineering activities additional facilities are also being established in Amsterdam and Mannheim.
With establishment and expansion of the new plant construction engineering operations of the business Rucker AG - which currently works on development projects for renowned international care and aircraft manufacturers - wishes to expand existing focal points of projects by adding a new central field of operations. Internal needs analyses and market researches have shown that especially in the field of chemical and petrochemical plant construction there are many opportunities to be exploited. This is mainly the case in respect of the North Rhine Westphalia industrial region, in particular the greater Düsseldorf-Cologne-Essen area. First and foremost numerous companies there were identified as candidates for collaboration.
In the near future Rucker will create around 100 new jobs in Düsseldorf and appoint almost exclusively engineers for virtual project assignments.
With the new Company revenue of some 10 million Euro should be generated in the first full year of business. Commencement of business operations will follow in the first quarter of 2010.
