All the training activities of the Rücker group were bundled in Rücker Akademie GmbH based in Magdeburg in 2000. The company has offered automobile service training courses to the automobile industry since 1990.
Rücker Akademie holds vehicle-specific and product introduction training courses at its locations in Magdeburg and Feuchtwangen and its Neuss training centre for OEM dealer staff. The latest presentation technologies and training documentation are used to acquaint participants with state-of-the-art automobile engineering and associated tool use including practical training on the vehicles and test devices concerned. The company also offers service technician training courses with certificates and recognised Chamber of Commerce qualifications for successful completion.
