As an active partner in "SACHEN MACHEN“ Rücker works with many universities and arouses the interest in, and the enthusiasm for, the young in engineering with unusual events such as the "Off-Road Challenge Day“.
That's why we support the "SACHEN MACHEN“initiative of the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V. (VDI), which promotes Germany as an industrial location. The concrete goals are
- Arousing enthusiasm in the young for innovations and technologies and hence for engineering professions with special emphasis on young women.
- Improving innovative expertise and supporting developing competitive products and technologies through optimising cooperation between industry and academia and supporting founding engineering enterprises as well as the use of new technologies
- Improving the image of technical companies, technical education facilities and Germany as an engineering location
